Why can't I checkout with an Open Box item? 
We currently only ship Open Box items to customers based in the United States. 

Why can't I checkout with Haylen (Solar) lights? 
Due to the restrictions in shipping solar panels, we currently only ship Haylen (Solar) to customers based in the United States.
