Where do you ship to?

MOD LIGHTING ships worldwide! 

How long is your processing time?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. All orders will be processed within 2-7 business days after the date that the order was placed. Please contact us if you don't receive a shipping confirmation within 10 business days after placing your order.

Important Notice: Items that are available for pre-order or items that require customizations may take longer to ship. Please contact us if you have any questions, and we will be happy to assist you!

Can I get my order faster?

Yes, you can! Please select priority processing and express shipping to get your order(s) processed and shipped faster! Additional costs will apply during checkout. Orders placed with priority processing are shipped in 1-3 business days, while standard processing can take up to 7 business days. Orders placed with express shipping will be delivered typically within 3-5 business days, while standard shipping (FREE) will take up to 10 business days. 

How long will it take for my package to arrive? 

Once your package is shipped from our warehouse, it will arrive in 3-10 business days, depending on the shipping method, product(s), and location. If your purchase contains multiple fixtures, we may ship it in multiple boxes. 

Express Shipping: 3-5 Business Days 

Standard Shipping: 5-10 Business Days

Important Notice: The above shipping time is an estimation. The shipping time will vary based on the item, availability, the volume of orders, and the country of destination. Please note that delays may occur during holiday or promotional periods. 

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

No, we currently do not deliver to PO Boxes. You will not be able to checkout if you use a PO box number for your shipping address.

What carriers do you use? 

Our primary carriers are FedEx, USPS, Canada Post, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail and Australia Post. 

What is the Shipping Protection?

Do I have to pay taxes and duties?

MOD Lighting is not responsible for paying local taxes, import duties, and international customs charges. Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes your country charges, where applicable.
