Where can I find out more about your Rewards Program?

Joining is easy. Simply create a MOD account, and you’ll automatically be enrolled in the MOD Rewards Program.

Once you’re signed in, you can access your Customer Hub to view your cashback balance, tier status, progress toward the next tier, reward history, and referral rewards.

How do I redeem my rewards? 

You can redeem your MOD Cashback Rewards during checkout. Simply log into your MOD account and select the amount of cashback you’d like to apply to your order. You have control over how much of your available cashback you want to use, so you don’t have to redeem the full balance at once.

How can I earn MOD Cashback Rewards?

There are several ways to earn rewards, including:

• Making a purchase
• Sharing a review on MOD
• Birthday and anniversary rewards
• $100 referral bonuses
• Bonus promotions and exclusive sales

Your updated rewards balance is always available in your Customer Hub.

Do my MOD Cashback Rewards expire?

Yes. MOD Cashback Rewards expire annually. You’ll receive reminders before your rewards expire, along with special end-of-year opportunities to redeem them before they expire.

What happens to my rewards if I return an order?

If you return an item, the rewards earned from that purchase will automatically be deducted from your rewards balance.

If you have already redeemed rewards on that order, the reward credit will be reversed.
