How to Pickup Your OrderUpdated 8 months ago

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise you on how and where your delivery can be collected or re-delivered. 

The postal card will provide where the package is located and how long you have to pick it up. Typically postal and carrier services allow 5-14 days before returning the package to sender.

It is the customer's responsibility to pick up their parcel before the time limit has expired. If the parcel is not collected, it is automatically registered as non-collected and charged accordingly as we do not have automatic return to sender services with carriers.
